Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts Easy Recipe That You’ll Love

Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts were perhaps one of the most surprising discoveries I have had in the kitchen in recent times.

One day, I told myself that it was time to try making Brussels sprouts in the air fryer.

And I did just fine!

They are outstanding; in fact, they become super crispy and very tasty.

A very simple but delicious way to serve brussels sprouts.

Brussels sprouts, are a particular type of cabbage, no larger than a walnut, are grown mainly in northern European areas due to their incredible resistance to cold climates.

Cooking sprouts in the air fryer is quick and easy and ensures that they can be cooked to their best while leaving their taste intact.

How To Choose The Brussel Sprouts

Brussels sprouts should have a compact shape, be firm and well hooded, have firm, fleshy leaves, and a nice, vibrant color.

Open ones have very little flavor.

How Do You Prepare Sprouts?

Stripped the brussel sprouts of the tough outer leaves and cut off the tough base with a knife.

I then divided the larger ones into two parts and left the smaller ones intact

Should you cut brussel sprouts in half before cooking?

It depends on the size of the Brussel Sprouts, if they are quite large I recommend cutting them in half for more even baking

How To Cook Brussel Sprouts In Air Fryer

After cleaning them, transfer them to a bowl and season them with oil and the spices, and a tip I give you to make them even more delicious is to add some grated parmesan cheese.

Mix them well and place them of the basket of the air fryer without letting them overlap.

What Temperature To Cook Brussel Sprouts In Air Fryer

I always recommend preheating the air fryer for more even cooking.

For a crispy result cook Brussels sprouts 375° F degrees in your air fryer for about 12minutes.

Last three minutes cook at 400° F for super crispness.

Remembering to shake them while cooking.
