I used extra virgin olive oil, but avocado oil is fine.

How to Make Sliced Potatoes in the Air Fryer
Step 1
You can leave or remove the potato skins.
Wash the potatoes well under running water if you do not want to peel them.
Then, dry them by patting them dry with a clean cloth.
Slice them into round slices with a sharp knife on a chopping board, making slices of the thickness you want: the thinner they are, the faster they will cook. Thicker slices will take more to cook.
I gave the potatoes a thickness of about 1/4 inch.
Put them in a bowl with cold water for at least half (optional) an hour for optimal cooking and a unique crispness.
Step 2
After soaking the potatoes in cold water, rinse them and dry them well with a paper towel.
Transfer them to a large mixing bowl and season with the oil and spices.
Mix well; preheat the air fryer for two minutes at 375 degrees F.
Step 3
Place the sliced potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, taking care not to overcrowd the basket; cook for about 15-18 minutes until golden brown, and shake the basket occasionally.
Serve hot with a bit of salt on top and enjoy.

Storage & Reheating Leftovers
If you have leftover potatoes, store them in an airtight container or a sealable container for up to three days.
Sliced potatoes can be reheated in the air fryer or in the oven.
I don’t recommend reheating them in the microwave, as you would lose the crispness.
Reheat In The Air Fryer: Lay the potatoes in the air fryer basket. Set the fryer to 360 degrees F and air fry for 3/4 minutes.
Reheat In The Oven: Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 350 degrees F for 5 minutes.
