You don’t need to peel the sweet potatoes. Lay the half on its side and then slice it into thick wedges.
Place the wedges into a large bowl along with olive oil and seasonings. Mix well until the wedges are well coated.
Preheat your air fryer to 390 °F (200 °C) for 5 minutes. Place the seasoned wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry the wedges at 390 °F (200 °C) for 25 – 30 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
