Rinse and cut 4 medium potatoes into straight strips.
In a large bowl, soak the potato wedge in cold water, minimum 30 minutes.
Drain and dry the wedges well.
Preheat air fryer.
Toss onto the wedges 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil, then season with salt or other desired seasonings.
Cook at 380F degrees (190C degrees) for 20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings and sauce.

How to prepare potato wedge in the oven:Preheat oven to 400˚F and in a baking dish with baking paper, spread the wedges in a single layer. Bake at 400˚F for 25-30 minutes minutes, turning them occasionally.
