Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder and chopped parsley .
Place the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
Check for doneness by inserting a fork into the florets; they should be tender with a slight bite.
Remove from the air fryer and when are still hot mix in the crumbled feta and fresh parsley.
