Air Fryer Breaded Mushrooms

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz fresh mushrooms
  • 1 Eggs
  • 1 Garlic glove
  • Small bunch of Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • Oil use cooking oil spray

Instructions
 

  • Clean the mushrooms, remove the stem with the help of a small knife, then clean them with a damp cloth.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 370F degrees.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs.
    In anotherv bowl pour the breadcrumbs.
  • Mince the garlic and parsley and add it to the breadcrumbs along with the parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Dip the mushrooms first in egg and finally in breadcrumbs, repeat this step twice, and lay them on a plate.
  • With the help of a kitchen brush, or a spray oil , lightly oil the basket of the air fryer.
  • Lay the breaded mushrooms on top, being careful not to overlap them,and oil spray on top.
  • Cook for about 10 minutes at 375F degrees, until golden brown. Shake the basket halfway through cooking.
  • Serve the breaded mushrooms piping hot accompanied by your favorite dip.

Notes

Frying: Pour oil into the frying pan. When the oil is hot, add the mushrooms a little at a time, maximum 6, it then depends on the size of the pan.
Fry for 6 to 10 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking, for even cooking.
Remove mushrooms from oil and place on a plate with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
Oven: Bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees F for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
