Clean the mushrooms, remove the stem with the help of a small knife, then clean them with a damp cloth.
Preheat the air fryer to 370F degrees.
In a bowl, beat the eggs.
In anotherv bowl pour the breadcrumbs.
Mince the garlic and parsley and add it to the breadcrumbs along with the parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and mix well.
Dip the mushrooms first in egg and finally in breadcrumbs, repeat this step twice, and lay them on a plate.
With the help of a kitchen brush, or a spray oil , lightly oil the basket of the air fryer.
Lay the breaded mushrooms on top, being careful not to overlap them,and oil spray on top.
Cook for about 10 minutes at 375F degrees, until golden brown. Shake the basket halfway through cooking.
Serve the breaded mushrooms piping hot accompanied by your favorite dip.
