Set up breading station. In one bowl, whisk eggs. In another, mix panko, parsley salt, pepper.
Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg wash, then coat with seasoned panko, pressing to adhere. Place breaded chicken on baking sheet.
Bake until chicken is cooked through and panko is golden brown.
For this recipe use homemade panko.
