Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 small white onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup of peas fresh or frozen
  • 8 ounces of mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound of tortellini cheese or meat-filled
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, sauté the onions with the butter until golden brown and tender.
  • Add the peas to the skillet, cook until tender, then add the mushrooms.
  • Meanwhile, bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook the tortellini.
  • Pour the cream into the skillet and simmer for a few minutes.
  • Season the sauce with salt and black pepper, then add the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese melts and creates a creamy consistency.
  • Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss gently until the pasta is coated with the sauce.
  • Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and black pepper.
