small white onion

of mushrooms

of grated Parmesan cheese

of tortellini

Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large skillet, sauté the onions with the butter until golden brown and tender.
Add the peas to the skillet, cook until tender, then add the mushrooms.
Meanwhile, bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook the tortellini.
Pour the cream into the skillet and simmer for a few minutes.
Season the sauce with salt and black pepper, then add the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese melts and creates a creamy consistency.
Add the cooked tortellini to the skillet and toss gently until the pasta is coated with the sauce.
Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and black pepper.
