Ingredients
  

  • 1 1 pound oyster mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic sliced
  • 1 teaspoom soy sauce
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Clean the oyster mushrooms by gently wiping them with a damp cloth.
  • Trim the tough ends of the mushroom stalks and slice them into bite-sized pieces.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté sliced garlic until for a minute.
  • Add the oyster mushrooms and cook for about 3 minutes without stirring or moving at medium-high heat.
  • Season with a splash of soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  • Cook for 4 minutes until golden brown.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
  • Serve and enjoy!
