Ingredients
  

  • 5 Oranges
  • 2 Fennels
  • Olive oil
  • 2 Spring onions
  • Salt and pepper as needed

Instructions
 

  • Peel the spring onion, then cut it into thin slices.
  • Peel the oranges trying to remove the white skin and cut them into large pieces.

  • Wash the fennel and slice thinly, like the oranges and onions.
  • Combine oranges, fennel and onion in a bowl.
  • Prepare an emulsion in a small bowl with the juice of one orange, oil, salt and mix quickly with a fork. If you like you can also add some black pepper.
  • Dress the salad with the sauce.
  • Serve after about ten minutes so that the ingredients have flavored well.
