- 1 lb Baby potatoes
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- Salt and black pepper
Preheat the air fryer to 370 °F (190°C). Wash the potatoes and dry them well with a paper towel.
Lightly coat the potato with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Air fry at 370°F for 15 minutes, shaking halfway. In the meantime, in a small bowl, combine the oil with the garlic and spices.
Gently flatten the cooked potatoes using a glass or potato masher and return them to the basket in a single layer.
Mix the oil with the garlic and spices, and with the help of a kitchen brush spread over the potatoes.
Cook at 400 F for about 10 minutes until crispy.
Serve hot with a sprinkle of salt.
