Ingredients
  

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon origano
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  • In a bowl, toss the tomatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar until evenly coated.
  • Place the tomatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 8–12 minutes, until caramelized to your liking.
  • Garnish with fresh basil and serve as a side, on toast, or stirred into pasta.
