- 16 oz Mushroom
- 2 Garlic sliced
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- Salt and black pepper
- Fresh parsley chooped
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Clean the mushrooms by brushing off any dirt or debris.
Slice the mushrooms to your desired thickness.
In a bowl, combine the mushrooms, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Remove from the air fryer. Garnish with fresh parsley.
