Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz Mushroom
  • 2 Garlic sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Fresh parsley chooped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Clean the mushrooms by brushing off any dirt or debris.
  • Slice the mushrooms to your desired thickness.
  • In a bowl, combine the mushrooms, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Remove from the air fryer. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  • Serve and enjoy!
