- 2 Corn on the cob
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Teaspoon chopped parsley
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). This step helps ensure even cooking.
Prepare the corn cobs by removing the husks and trimming them to fit the air fryer.
Place olive oil, chopped parsley, oregano, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well together.
Brush the basket of the air fryer with olive oil and place the corn cobs evenly spaced apart.
Brush the corn cobs with olive oil and seasonings on both sides
Cook the corn at 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
Flip the cobs and return to the air fryer to cook for another 5 minutes.
When they are ready, add a little bit of parsley and some grated cheese to make them more flavorful.
