Quick, easy, and absolutely amazing, this Spaghetti Pomodoro  is one of my favorite easy meals! Fresh, plump cherry tomatoes make the most amazing pasta sauce in combination with earthy garlic.

WHAT YOU NEED: Spaghetti Extra virgin olive oil Garlic Cherry tomatoes Basil  Salt & pepper Parmesan cheese

Boil some water in a pot, add salt when it starts to boil.

Clean, remove the core and slice the garlic.

Wash the cherry tomatoes. Cut them in half.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and brown the garlic.  Add the cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper and basil and cook.

Cook the cherry tomatoes and cook the pasta in the meantime. Drain when al dente.

Add the pasta to the pan and stir well, then add a cup of cooking water and stir again.
