Carrot 1 stick of Celery Onion Basil l Beans Tomato pulp Pasta Broth Olive oil Salt and black
Prepare the soffritto. In a pot, wilt the soffritto and add the beans, passata and broth.
Let everything cook, and blend. Then add the remaining beans and let it cook.
Add pasta and cook as directed on the package. Add more broth if needed and stir often.
