Spring Rolls In Air Fryer

Who knew making spring rolls could be so easy? And who knew you could make them in an air fryer? This recipe is a game-changer! These spring rolls are crispy, flavorful, and come together in just a few minutes.


Spring Rolls Air Fryer


 – Package of Spring roll pastry – Half a head of cabbage – 2 Garlic cloves – 2 Carrots – 1 Piece of ginger – Salt and pepper to taste – 3 Tablespoons of soy sauce – 10 Mushrooms – 1 Tablespoon of olive oil – 1 Egg – 2 ounces rice noodles


Cut the vegetables into julienne and cook them in a pan with garlic and ginger and oil.

Take a sheet and place it on a shelf. Place 1 tablespoon of filling about 2 inches from the nearest corner. Fold the corner so that it covers the filling, fold the two side corners toward the center. Roll up the roll, and when you are almost at the end, wet the egg and seal the roll well.

Preheat the air fryer, and cook the rolls for about 8 minutes, turning them halfway through cooking.

Serve them with thai sweet chili sauce.
