Start by washing and slicing the zucchini. Cook the zucchini in an air fryer or fry in oil until golden brown. Set aside.
Brown garlic in olive oil, then add the zucchini. Season with salt and pepper. Cook spaghetti until al dente, then add to the pan with the zucchini.
Mix in grated Parmesan and Provolone cheese. Add pasta water if needed.
Serve hot with basil leaves on top. Enjoy!
