Roast Butternut Squash

The perfect side dish for this season. I love pumpkin and cooking it this way is really easy and delicious!

You can cook this roast butternut squash in the air fryer but also in the oven.

– Butternut squash – Salt – Extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil – Black pepper – Cinnamon

Cook Time: 30 Min

Step 1

Cut the pumpkin in half and peel it. Cut again into cubes all the same size, for even cooking.

Step 2

Put the pumpkin in a bowl and season with the spices and oil and mix well.

Cook in air fryer for about 20 minutes.

Step 4

Serve piping hot with a sprinkle of salt.
