These potato wedges are perfectly crispy on the outside, but still light and fluffy potato on the inside. No need to buy frozen potato wedges again!

WHAT YOU NEED: Potatoes Olive oil Salt & pepper Herbs (parsley, oregano)

Wash the potatoes well under running water. Slice them.

Soak them in cold water and dry them well. Meanwhile, preheat the fryer/0ven.

Transfer the potatoes to a bowl, season and mix well.

Place the potatoes in the fryer. Make sure they do not overlap.

Cook the potatoes in your air fryer. Remember to shake them while cooking.
