Pork chops Olive oil  Garlic   Eggs Breadcrumbs   Parmesan cheese Parsley (chopped) Salt and pepper Rosemary

Marinade the pork chops with oil and spices for a minimum of 30 minutes.

In a bowl mix the breadcrumbs with the cheese and spices. In another bowl beat the eggs.

Dip the chops in the egg and then the breadcrumbs. For this recipe, we're making a double coat of breadcrumbs. So dip the chops again in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
