Short pasta Peas ( Fresh Or Frozen) Onion Basil Broth Pancetta Salt & pepper Olive oill

Cook Time: 25 Min

Ingredients

Step 1

Finely chop the onion and sauté it in a high-sided pan with olive oil. Let it brown a little bit and add the pancetta.

Add the peas and season, let them cook on high heat for a couple of minutes.

At this point add the broth, which should cover the peas. Let it cook and add more broth if needed.

When the peas are cooked, it is time to add the pasta to the peas and more broth if needed ( do not overdo the broth). It should slightly cover the pasta and the peas.

Cook, stirring very often until the pasta is cooked. Finally, add parmesan cheese and black pepper if you like. Stir and serve piping hot.
