Carrot 1 stick of Celery Onion Basil l Beans Tomato pulp Pasta Broth Olive oil Salt and black
Make the soffritto. In a pot, wilt the soffritto and add half of the beans, passata and broth.
Cook and blend. Add the remaining beans and cook.
Add pasta and cook until done according to package directions. Add more broth if needed, stirring frequently.
