Pasta e Fagioli Soup

Nothing hits the spot quite like a delicious and hearty bowl of pasta e fagioli – a classic Italian dish.

 Carrot 1 stick of Celery Onion Basil l  Beans  Tomato pulp Pasta Broth  Olive oil Salt and black 

Ingredients

Make the soffritto. In a pot, wilt the soffritto and add half of the beans, passata and broth.

Cook and blend. Add the remaining beans and cook.

Add pasta and cook until done according to package directions. Add more broth if needed, stirring frequently.
