– 5 Oranges– 2 Fennels– Olive oil– 2 Spring onions– Salt and pepper as needed
Ingredients
Step 1
Clean the spring onions and cut them into rounds and set aside.
Do the same with the fennels, remove the outer part and cut them into slices.
Step 2
Peel the oranges trying to remove the white skin and cut them into large pieces.
Step 3
Squeeze an orange, and combine the juice with 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper, and stir. This will be the dressing for our salad.
Step 4
In a large bowl, combine the cut oranges, fennel and spring onions and dressing. Mix well and allow to marinate for a minimum of 10 minutes before serving.
