Italian Pastina Soup

The cure to all your woes may be simpler than you think! Italians have been using the wondrous powers of Pastina soup, otherwise known as "Italian Penicillin", to right all their ailments. Comforting and delicious, it's made with just a few simple ingredients!

Pastina pasta (small pasta shapes)  Broth Cherry tomatoes  Parmesan cheese Salt and black pepper

Bring the broth to a boil, and peel the cherry tomatoes.

Chop up the cherry tomatoes and add them to the broth.

Add the pastina and let it cook as stated on the package. I used "risoni" but other shapes, such as stelline, are fine too.

When ready, add the parmesan cheese and olive oil and mix well. Serve piping hot!
