Eggs Peas (fresh or frozen) Onion Parmesan cheese Salt & black pepper to taste Olive oil
Brown a chopped onion with a olive oil in a pan, add the peas and let them cook with a little water.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the cheese the salt and pepper. Add the peas and mix together.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan, add the egg and pea mixture and turn down the heat and cover with a lid.
After about 5-6 minutes turn the frittata with the help of a flat plate, and let it cook for another 5 minutes over low heat.
