Potatoes, Olive oil Parmesan cheese Garlic cloves crushed – Salt and pepper
Cut russet or yukon gold potatoes into fry shapes and soak in cold water for 30 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, oregano and pepper in a mixing bowl until evenly coated.
Arrange seasoned fries in air fryer basket without overcrowding. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway.
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh herbs. Enjoy!
