Cook onion in olive oil in a frying pan, add the peas and cook until soft
Beat the eggs with the cheese, salt and pepper. Add the peas and mix.
Heat a little bit of olive oil in a frying pan, add the egg and pea mixture, turn down the heat and cover the pan with a lid.
After about 5-6 minutes, use a flat plate to turn the frittata and cook over low heat for another 5 minutes.
