Frittata Recipe

This delicious frittata recipe will help you make a delicious breakfast, lunch, or dinner that your whole family will enjoy.

Eggs  Peas (fresh or frozen)  Onion  Parmesan cheese Salt & black pepper to taste  Olive oil


Sauté the chopped onion in olive oil in a frying pan, add the peas and cook with a little water.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the cheese, salt and pepper. Add the peas and combine.

Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan, add the egg and pea mixture, turn down the heat and cover the pan with a lid.

After about 5-6 minutes, use a flat plate to turn the frittata and cook over low heat for another 5 minutes.
