Fried Cabbage

 Cabbage Garlic  Soy sauce Ginger  Salt & Black pepper Olive oil


Cut the cabbage in half and remove the core. Cut into thin slices.

Dice the garlic and ginger. Heat the oil in a frying pan over low heat. Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry.

Add cabbage and soy sauce and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently.

Salt to taste and transfer to a serving dish. Serve the cabbage hot.
