Italian Frittata Recipe

Pea frittata is incredibly easy to make, with very simple ingredients.

And the best part about the frittata is that it can be made with ingredients you have in the fridge. It's my go to empty fridge recipe!

Eggs  Peas (fresh or frozen)  Onion  Parmesan cheese Salt & black pepper to taste  Olive oil

Step 1

Brown a chopped onion with a little oil in a frying pan, add the peas and let them cook with a little water. 

Step 2

In a bowl beat the eggs with the cheese the salt and pepper. Add the peas and mix everything together.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan, when hot add the egg and pea mixture and turn down the heat and cover with a lid.

Step 4

After about 5 minutes turn the omelet over with the help of a flat plate, and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
