Prepare 3 bowls: one with flour, one with beaten egg and in the other the breadcrumbs seasoned.

Dip the chicken slices first in flour, then in egg and then in breadcrumbs.

Heat the oil and as soon as it is ready, place the  cutlets in the pan, without overlapping, and cook until golden brown.
