Easy Stir fry cabbage

Cabbage Stir Fry

– Half White Cabbage – 3 Garlic gloves – 4 Tablespoons of soy sauce – A piece of ginger – Salt & Black pepper – 1 Tablespoon of olive oil

Step 1

Wash the cabbage. Cut it in half and remove the tougher central part. Cut it in half again so it will be easier to slice, and cut into strips.

Chop the garlic and ginger. Pour the oil into a skillet and heat it over low heat. Add the garlic and ginger and sauté.

Add the cabbage and the soy sauce and cook over medium-high heat, stirring often.

Adjust salt if necessary and transfer the cabbage to a serving dish. Serve the cabbage immediately.
