Cherry tomatoes Extra virgin olive oil Garlic Thyme Salt and pepper, Balsamic vinegar Sugar
Preheat oven . Place the cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil. Add prinkle, thyme, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper over the tomatoes. Bake.
Allow to cool completely. Transfer tomatoes to a jar and cover with the remaining oil and garlic from the baking dish.
Seal and store in the fridge up to 2 weeks.
