Cut off the stalk. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth.
Prepare breading by mixing ingredients well.
Whisk the egg in a separate bowl and, in the meantime, preheat the air fryer.
Dip the mushrooms in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs. Repeat twice.
Brush the fryer with oil and place the mushrooms inside. Make sure they don't overlap and drizzle a little oil over them.
Cook the breaded mushrooms, shaking halfway to cook.
