Carrot 1 stick of Celery Onion Basil l Beans Tomato pulp Pasta Broth Olive oil Salt and black
Make the soffritto. In a pot, wilt the soffritto and add half of the beans, passata and the broth.
Allow to cook and blend. Add the rest of the beans and continue to cook.
Add pasta and cook as directed on package. Add more broth if needed, and stir frequently.
