Mix the dry ingredients add the oil and then the liquid ingredients and knead, let the dough rest.

When the dough has risen, flatten the dough on an oiled baking sheet.

Let rise in the pan for about 45 minutes, season the dough with a mixture of water and oil. Using your hands, press your fingertips firmly into the dough.
